MECHANICAL JOB GRADER

Mechanical Job Grader is a computerized vision based atomized system to measure skill-set of students’ crafting and developing mechanical job works.

The system is aimed to carry out image processing based physical dimension measurements of objects under inspection.

With its dual camera based high resolution vision system along with backlight illumination, fitted in to an industrial grade and well-engineered mechanical structure, the system is capable of providing highly accurate measurements.

Using operator friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) users can measure various linear, angular and radial dimensions of the test objects. The software is customized for the system to be able to grade the quality of the mechanical job under inspection.
